Alright folks, it’s about time I started making this blog.  Here I will write, record and post video of my adventures and discoveries, from the depths and the heights.  I will share with you tools I discover and create which will helped me on my path, and which will I believe will help you as well.
I’m a curious guy, I like to explore, create, and play. Let’s do that together.


Today, we start with a simple experiment.  It’s 11/11/14.
Today I make 3 promises to myself.  For the next 30 days, I will chronicle my success in keeping them to myself.  These promises are designed to help me ground by creating a routine, and to help me create designated time to be self-loving to myself and my body [temple].


The Promises:
1. Every morning – Meditation (1 of these)

2. Yoga class once per day or more.

3. At night I will drink Tulsi + Masala Chai tea before going to sleep.  Both teas are known to have amazing health benefits.


Daily Check-in:

Every day I will check in and let you know how I am feeling, how I am doing with these promises, and what I am exploring.


The Result:

Let’s see how my body feels. Let’s see how I feel emotionally. Let’s see how acting in this self-loving manner influences my spiritual practice, and overall sense of well-being.  Having this practice will help me to feel better on an ongoing basis. Having these daily rituals will provide structure, and this will be grounding.  This will continue until December 11th, 2014 and perhaps beyond!
